To rally people to your cause, inspire collaborators, and raise the money to help you fulfill your vision, you need to craft a brand that connects with people at all levels.
How we help
Our services are designed to give your social company the strategy, tools, and mindset to set the foundations of your communications. It is not a greenwash but a genuine commitment to building a social company that will positively impact its surroundings.
Setting the foundations is hard. But we will be accompanying you in every step. We will defy you and your team to think differently about the business and talk about its history and future so we can build the map to achieve its purpose.
How it works
In our first month, we will audit the brand and its touchpoints. Simultaneously, we will gather information about the stakeholders’ perception of the brand and set metrics to inform the project’s success.
In months two and four, it’s workshop time. These workshops will help us discover the brand attributes, purpose, vision, and behavior. We will build a brand blueprint to understand which touchpoints need a redesign and what needs to be created anew.
In months five to six, we will develop the necessary touchpoints, which may include but it’s not limited to a website, capabilities deck, presentation templates, and proposal templates. These tools give you alignment and guidance in how the organization makes decisions and communicate with internal teams and clients.
By the end of our six-month journey, you will have the foundations of a brand aligned with the business objectives, your customers’ necessities, and the social impact you want to achieve. You will have a roadmap with initiatives to implement that align with the vision and purpose of your organization.
Most organizations keep working with us after the first six months to help them develop a complete organizational service blueprint. This tool allows them to discover new business opportunities, plan the launch of new products, or work more aligned and effectively with different stakeholders.
